What we collect

When you order a report we collect coach name, school, email, opponent name, game date, optional notes, promo code, and the film file or link you provide. We may also collect basic technical logs needed to run the site (for example upload progress metadata).

How we use it

To create your order, validate whether the film works, generate and deliver the AI report, send transactional emails (received / film status / report ready), and operate admin tools for order status. We do not sell coach, player, or school data.

Retention

Planned practice: delete raw film objects roughly 14–30 days after the report is sent; keep the PDF and order record longer for support and re-delivery. You can email reports@aiscoutingreports.com to request deletion of film or contact data.
