Terms of Service

Plain-language stub for Phase 1. This is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Update before charging at scale.

The service

AIScoutingReports provides AI-generated basketball scouting reports based on game film you submit (file upload or link). Tagline: your extra assistant. Contact: reports@aiscoutingreports.com.

AI disclosure

Reports are written by AI. No human scout or coach reviews them before delivery. They are an AI film opinion of tendencies, not a guaranteed scouting service, not a stat sheet, and not a substitute for your judgment as a coach. We do not guarantee wins or specific game outcomes.

Film rights

By submitting film or a link, you represent that you have the right to provide that material for this purpose (for example team-captured video, a phone/iPad recording you are allowed to share, or a link you are authorized to use). Do not submit film you are not allowed to use. We do not claim broadcast or third-party rights beyond what you grant for generating your ordered report.

License to us

You grant AIScoutingReports a limited license to store and process the submitted film solely to validate it and generate the ordered report. We do not sell or redistribute your raw film.

Orders and pricing

During testing, first reports may be free. Planned pricing is $35 per report or $399 for a full season (up to 22 opponent reports). Promo codes may apply. Payment processing (when enabled) is handled by Stripe.

Delivery

We aim to deliver in under 24 hours, often the same day, after film is confirmed usable. Timelines are targets, not warranties.
